Essential Functions Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino's Winning Attitude Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino's AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
Safeguard assets of the company.
Exchange currency for chips.
Deal cards to patrons.
Take bets and pays winning wagers.
Have competent knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests and Team Members.
Be compliant of company and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure proper cleanliness of assigned game table.
Ensure equipment is in good working order.
Ensure game protection.
Ensure good game pace for all players.
Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques.
Opening and closing tables by verification of all cheque inventories.
Prior experience required.
Must pass audition.
Minimum Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with Guest's, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have basic money handling skills.
Know and comply with all gaming regulations.
