Food Court Assistant Manager - Subway at Thunder Valley Casino Resort Lincoln, CA 95648
The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing management within a specific restaurant outlet.
She/he insures the highest quality products and service are provided to our Guests.
In addition, the Assistant Manager sets schedules, assigns job duties to team members, and ensures that all company controls and administrative procedures are correctly followed, including food cost, profitability, revenue, and meeting or exceeding budgeted monthly cost.
Must have at least two years of restaurant management experience and proven ability to manage a staff of team members effectively.
Possess or obtain a California Food Handler Card.
