HCM Software Consultant

Our HCM Consultant will have in-depth knowledge of HCM applications preferably Ascentis and Sage HRMS - and will work alongside a team of laser-focused professionals, dedicated to delivering a world-class experience to our customers. Our consultants:

  • Strategically guide customers through the software selection process
  • Provide implementation services and support for new clients
  • Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training
  • Provide timely, outstanding, post-implementation service and support

The Role Requirements:

Skills and Expertise

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HCM consultant, handling at least 5 HCM implementations, which include but are not limited to: setup, configuration, and customization. Experience with Ascentis or Sage HRMS software is strongly preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor s degree (preferred)
  • Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping, and end-to-end process experience is a plus
  • Understand common industry business practices related to human resources and payroll
  • Demonstrate ability to juggle , (well, metaphorically, anyway!) by handling multiple projects successfully, while meeting deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented, matrix environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with managers, co-workers, clients, vendors, and customers
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to travel, as needed

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer.
  • Produce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW s)
  • Assist with project management activities, including project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, providing guidance and direction to both internal and customer team members
  • Contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentations
  • Deliver insightful, engaging (and fun!) training sessions via phone, web, or in-person as required
  • Provide prompt, exceptional customer service and support


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
