Position Overview

Insurance agency in Lincoln, CA seeking a Full-time Commercial Lines Account Executive for busy office. The successful candidate will have a current P & C license in good standing and at least 5 years experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or Executive.


Responsibilities and Duties

Marketing renewals and presenting quotes to insureds

Positive attitude with the ability to work as a team player and independently

General servicing of an established book of commercial lines business

Checking policy coverages with the applications for accuracy

Processing endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements

Processing audits, claims reporting, certificates, binders & invoicing

Documenting and updating AMS360

Provide prompt, accurate & courteous service/communication to the clients and agents


Qualifications and Skills

CA Property & Casualty license required

Minimum of 5 years relevant commercial lines insurance experience

Working knowledge of AMS360 preferred

Ability to work in a paperless environment

Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry standards, practices and procedures

Strong customer service skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
