Position
Summary:
The Director of Direct Marketing is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day functions of loyalty-based marketing, including all database-driven direct marketing campaigns. He/she evaluates, streamlines and develops database marketing plans, including reinvestment and segmentation strategies. Primary responsibilities include analysis and decision support services for all property departments, management of the Direct Marketing team, and oversight of all extractions from the Marketing Data Warehouse, support for Marketing, VIP, Slots, Information Technology, Accounting, Operations, Table Games and Direct Mail services.
Essential Functions:
Is responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Cliemt's "Winning Attitude" company-wide culture and demonstrating AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
Evaluates and develops database-driven direct marketing strategies, including segmentation and offer reinvestment planning.
Manages the Direct Marketing team.
Plans and executes direct mail, email and telemarketing campaigns.
Works closely with Player Development, Promotions, Entertainment and Rewards Center to support marketing initiatives outside of the direct marketing arena.
Plans property-wide processes for departments requiring use of marketing database.
Provides property-wide marketing data support, extractions, reporting and decision support services.
Is a liaison with Information Technology department to evaluate and recommend emerging marketing-oriented technologies.
Ensures marketing data integrity and quality.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
5 years of experience with MS Office and database technologies, including SQL.
3 years of marketing expertise (casino experience preferred).
3 years of project management and applicable leadership experience.
Expert problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to produce and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to accurately engage in and/or manage multiple projects under demanding circumstances.
At least 21 years of age.
Experience with the following programs/systems is a plus: Bravo, Patron, IGT Advantage, IGT Updater, CRM, JDE, InfoGenesis, SSRS (reporting services), PromoTracker (front end and back end), and Skype.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
