We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team at the Smoke Shop.
As a Smoke Shop employee, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting tobacco products - Educate customers on different types of tobacco products and their features - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Provide recommendations on new products based on customer preferences - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of tobacco products is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be 18 years of age or older Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
