Assist in overseeing the Hotel Gift Shop and ensure a pleasant and safe environment for internal and external guests.
Ensure that Team Members are observing Winning Attitude service standards and are performing duties according to proper procedure.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino's Winning Attitude Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino's AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
Perform all functions of gift shop cashier.
Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Follow established gift shop procedures.
Receive all new merchandise.
Operate calculator, cash register and ticket machine.
Tag, fold and hang merchandise and stock as needed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of 2 years gift shop or other retail experience preferred.
Proficient in inventory tracking and retail systems.
Ability to understand basic accounting function.
Ability to count and have proficient math skills.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Ability to handle guest opportunities.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Basic computer skills preferred.
