Supply Management:
Take charge of ordering and maintaining office supplies for all locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Executive Support:
Provide administrative support to executives, aiding in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Mail Distribution:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, ensuring proper distribution within the organization.
Celebrations Coordination:
Stay on top of birthdays and anniversaries within the team, organizing celebrations and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.
Additional Duties:
Be adaptable and willing to take on other duties as needed to support overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
