Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Provide information about products and services to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is preferred - Excellent verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals - Time management skills to ensure efficient customer service Note:
