As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students of all ages and backgrounds.
Whether you have experience working with children, adults, or individuals with special needs, we welcome your expertise in creating engaging and educational experiences.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of the students - Provide instruction and guidance in the subject of piano educations, including theory, technique, repertoire, and ear training.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with other instructors and staff at paid activities and events - Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information Qualifications -Bachelors degree in Music, piano performance preferred -Masters degree a plus -Certificate of Merit qualified a plus - Experience working with students of all ages, from children to adults - Special education experience is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - Knowledge of lesson planning techniques and curriculum development - Childcare experience is beneficial We offer competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options, sick pay, PTO, insurance and paid training.
